Responsibility/ Tasks:
Provide business and functional support on SAP modules within Purchase to Pay (PtP) scope coving the business areas; Vendor invoicing, MM, AP, Webcost, OCR application
System configuration for the SAP modules within PtP
Learn to master the discipline of preparing requirement, design and technical documentation
Learn to assess impact and gaps in the current business processes
Work with business and other SAP professionals to craft, implement, test, train, and rollout solutions
Working relations:
We work closely with the business and you can look forward to working with highly skilled colleagues in an open, informal environment where your input may be the next global functionality.
On some development tasks, you will be working independently as a configuration consultant in close collaboration with your business counterpart. As we roll out the template and new functionalities, however, you will be part of a project team to ensure successful completion.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Management, Accounting, or other relevant Areas
3+ years of experience in the labour market on positions with relevance in Finance, Account Payable Invoices, or any other relevant work experiences
Experience in SAP ERP/SAP or S4/Hana as FI-CO and MM functional are an advantage
Some experience in preparing requirements documentation, design and technical documentation
You speak and write English effortlessly and fluently
Good interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication
Ability and knowledge to drive tasks forward with proactive communication
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating flexibility to perform in multi-task situations
