Your responsibilities:
- Responsibility for preparing the applications’ instances in a datacenter for new building sites
- Overall governance of supported security systems: Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Video Surveillance
- Create and update documentation; actively build team’s knowledge base. Standard Operating Procedures creation.
- Monitor and test application performance
- Continuous Improvement and Technology teams on identifying business requirements for new solutions and systems
- Preparing, pre-configuring, instances of application software and system management tools
- Management of all test and pre-prod environments
- Providing ad-hoc analysis and insights on specific issues and clearly demonstrate implications and impacts to the business
- Identify the processes and technology required to introduce your recommendations as best solution
- Cooperation with internal/external employees. Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
- Ensure systems are configured properly after building project ended
- Automation of operational tasks
- Maintain roadmap of Video surveillance and security technologies by investigating new emerging, relevant technologies
- Close cooperation with other departments in Global IT: NOC, SOC, Server Ops, Enterprise Architecture
Our requirements:
- Bachelor or master’s degree preferably in: IT
- Fluency in oral and written English – minimum B2+ level
- Knowledge of Microsoft Server Operating Systems, AD DS, IIS, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Virtualization, SQL
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Advance knowledge of supporting business level applications
- Good understanding of basic network technologies
- Knowledge of IP-based CCTV & Video Management systems and Access Control systems
- Creating and maintaining video surveillance and security infrastructure
- Knowledge TAPA regulation
- Teamwork in an international environment
- Responsibility, ability to carry out tasks independently, structured and methodical approach
- Basic knowledge of Panasonic Video Insight, Milestone XProtect, Vanderbilt ACT would be an asset
