Responsibilities:

• Establish a clear and compelling vision for the EDI team that aligns with the organization’s mission and values

• Demonstrate the core values of the organization, taking full ownership of the team and proactively addressing challenges

• Lead and manage a team of team leads, business analysts, and developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth

• Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to team leads to enhance their skills, performance, and career development

• Develop and execute departmental strategies aligned with company goals, staying informed on industry trends and driving innovation

• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, developing action plans to address gaps and improve team performance

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into operational strategies

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives to ensure a high-performing and inclusive workforce

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Proven managerial experience in integrations or related fields, with a strong track record in leading teams and managing integration systems and solutions

• Demonstrated ability to set a vision, manage, and motivate a team, including providing coaching and development opportunities

• Skilled in developing and executing departmental strategies, driving process improvements, and staying informed about industry trends and technologies

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into strategies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and influence diverse audiences

• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges, and driving innovation and continuous improvement

• Good to have: knowledge of EDI systems, protocols, and standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XML
