Responsibilities:
Establish a clear and compelling vision for the EDI team that aligns with the organization’s mission and values
Demonstrate the core values of the organization, taking full ownership of the team and proactively addressing challenges
Lead and manage a team of team leads, business analysts, and developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth
Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to team leads to enhance their skills, performance, and career development
Develop and execute departmental strategies aligned with company goals, staying informed on industry trends and driving innovation
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, developing action plans to address gaps and improve team performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into operational strategies
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives to ensure a high-performing and inclusive workforce
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven managerial experience in integrations or related fields, with a strong track record in leading teams and managing integration systems and solutions
Demonstrated ability to set a vision, manage, and motivate a team, including providing coaching and development opportunities
Skilled in developing and executing departmental strategies, driving process improvements, and staying informed about industry trends and technologies
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and influence diverse audiences
Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges, and driving innovation and continuous improvement
Good to have: knowledge of EDI systems, protocols, and standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XML
