Your responsibilities


  • Support the Program/Project Managers in tracking status of program/project deliverables and milestones supporting the adoption of the project lifecycle;

  • Ad hoc project/programme support - short-term and long-term and) ensuring project plans and project documentation are complete and up-to-date;

  • Dedicated project reporting for various stakeholders, monitor key operational metrics (reporting assistance with Project Board presentations, etc.);

  • Participate in selected project meetings & host minor project meetings (actions, issues)

  • Update/maintenance of action, issue and risk logs;

  • Active participation in development of PMO team in terms of developing new solutions, search for optimisation and best practices, supporting junior team members;

  • Assist with strategy assignments as requested by management.


Our requirements


  • English language at least C1 level - excellent/fluent both written and spoken;

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in working on structured projects as support/assistant/junior or assisting PM;

  • Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel);

  • Attention to the details and problem-solving skills, proactive and challenge status quo;

  • Experience with managing or cooperating with a greater number of stakeholders;

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, others) and project management tools (e.g. Clarity PPM, JIRA, other)

  • Knowledge of Power BI, Visio;

  • SharePoint would be an asset;

  • Ability to understand and work in a multicultural environment and carry out multiple tasks at the same time;

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision;

  • Confident to deal with senior level contacts, internally and externally.
