TASKS:

  • Gathering business requirements for development of Robotics solutions in close cooperation with Business Process Owners and Business Process Experts.
  • Lead process candidate opportunity assessments for automation.
  • Coordinating Robotics development full lifecycle.
  • Validating and evaluating business process candidates for automation. 
  • Organizing presentations for business users and taking responsibility for communication with stakeholders.
  • Encouraging new business units for automation solutions.
  • Taking responsibility for the Robotics solution delivery according to plan and RoCoE Standards.
  • Explore new technologies and solutions for RPA.
  • Managing reporting services based on Power BI/Ui Path Insights/

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience of work as IT system or Business Analyst,
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience of work with projects based on Agile principles in coordinator roles,
  • English fluency (advanced level),
  • Experience with business process automation,
  • Experience in creating visual mappings of business processes based on BPMN 2.0 notation,
  • Experience in working with projects based on Agile principles and daily work coordination,
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Experience with process automation and calculation of total benefits due to Robotic solutions,
  • Ability to gather and understand business requirements and deliver them to developers in an appropriate form,
  • AI/Machine learning knowledge and experience is nice to have.
