Your responsibilities:

• Ensuring the correct and timely implementation of DSV ISSC objectives
• Managing the daily work of the OSS (Operational Shared Services) Team Road - efficient and effective management, organization and supervision of the work of subordinate employees
• Responsibility for the overall performance of the team - in terms of accuracy, timeliness and productivity
• Identifying possible process improvements and guiding their implementation
• Building and maintaining lasting and constructive relationships with service recipients
• Ensure that service level agreements are adhered to and up to date
• Participation in developing the strategic goals of the department
• Acquiring new business opportunities
• Reporting of processes carried out by the team and carrying out other administrative tasks related to the functioning of the team
• Other operational tasks

Our requirements:

• knowledge of the principles and operational processes of road freight forwarding
• practical knowledge of procedures in force in road freight forwarding
•    fluency in English
• experience in managing the work of a team
• experience in mapping and process optimization
• very good interpersonal and communication skills
• very good analytical skills
• ability to work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment
• multitasking
• ability to work in a team in an international environment.
