Your responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Identify project stakeholders and establish communication channels.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineers, architects, analysts, developers etc.).
  • Ensure clear communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Proactively track project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Identify and resolve delays or bottlenecks to keep the project on track.
  • Identify potential risks, issues, and roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project status, including progress, issues, and risks.
  • Address project challenges or conflicts quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain governance structures for project execution, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall strategy and priorities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the project management process and team performance.
  • Stay current with emerging IT trends and technologies to improve project outcomes.

 

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in working with the IT projects in the field of data centres, network, security, storage, backup, public and private clouds, and applications
  • In depth knowledge and experience in working with Project Management frameworks such as Prince2 or PMP
  • Solid knowledge of IT processes, technologies, and operations in a large global organization
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Result-orientated mindset and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in documenting project using both professional PMP tools (Clarity, MS Project) an ad-hoc plans and registers
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, IT/ICT or related field
  • Fluency in English
