DSV is undergoing a digital transformation that affects its operational systems landscape, reporting, and analytics components. To support this transformation, the Centre of Insight and Analytics (CIA) in Global Finance is seeking a Data Scientist with strong MLOps competence to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models, as well as optimizing and automating the end-to-end ML (Machine Learning) lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and data engineers, to ensure the successful implementation and integration of advanced analytics solutions.

Your Tasks:

• Develop and implement machine learning models to address various business challenges and opportunities.
• Participate in the collection and analysis of ML-related business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all ML models are effectively integrated into business processes and systems.
• Optimize and automate the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including data preparation, model training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Ensure the robustness, scalability, and performance of machine learning solutions in production environments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ML techniques and MLOps best practices, and drive their adoption within the organization.
• Communicate complex data science concepts to stakeholders and executive management in a clear and concise manner.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists in the team.

Our expectations:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data science and machine learning, with a strong focus on MLOps.
• Proficiency in Python, and experience working with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with MLOps tools and platforms, such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Azure Machine Learning.
• Strong understanding of data engineering and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile project environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
