Regional Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Operations Manager to oversee operations in the Bucharest, Romania. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, strategic planning, and team leadership, with a proven ability to manage day-to-day activities and long-term goals. This is a key leadership role within our organization that will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the operations within the Bucharest region to ensure smooth, efficient and profitable functioning;
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives;
• Lead, manage and mentor a team of operations staff to achieve organizational goals;
• Coordinate with different departments such as Finance, Human Resources, IT and Sales to ensure seamless operations;
• Analyze performance metrics and manage budgets to achieve cost-effective results;
• Identify areas of operational improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency;
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and health and safety standards;
• Drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities within the region;
• Report to senior management on regional performance, KPIs and other operational matters.

Qualifications and skills:

• 5+ years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar role;
• Strong leadership, decision-making and organizational skills;
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset;
• Experience with operational process optimization and cost control;
• Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software;
• Fluent in English and Romanian.
