Role Summary
We are seeking a Facility Management Supervisor to join our dynamic logistics joint venture team involved in the NEOM project in KSA. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations and management of various camp facilities, ensuring seamless room allocation, vendor coordination, and top-notch service delivery. Your expertise in facilities management, combined with your proficiency in English and organizational skills, will ensure efficient and high-standard facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee room booking and allocation across multiple camps.
• Verify invoices and manage payment processing.
• Optimize room utilization for guests and short-term stays.
• Manage daily operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality maintenance services.
• Address camp occupants’ inquiries and concerns promptly, liaising with vendors as needed.
• Onboard new employees and conduct facility tours.
• Collect occupant feedback and recommend improvements.
• Assist the Facility Manager in managing budgets for facility maintenance and operations.
• Prepare reports on occupancy and costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, facility management standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize space utilization and support office layout changes.
Educational Qualifications & Work Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
