Warehouse Operator

Time Type: Full Time

1. Understand and comply to all warehouse related safety, quality & operating processes.
2. Perform all warehouse activities: receiving, sorting, put-away, picking, packing and releasing of goods.
3. Correct & timely processing of orders in WMS.
4. Update customer on the packing reference / details  / documents via email / whatsapp
5. Coordinate with vendor for permit declaration
6. To be able to operate all lifting equipment in a safe manner when authorized by the company.
7. Daily warehouse housekeeping.
8. Able to operate the MHE for sorting, put-away, picking, packing and relocation after training has been given.
9. Perform daily / weekly / monthly cycle count or annual stock count.
10. Maintain equipment used in good working condition.
11. Report to the Supervisor on all Inbound and Outbound non-conformances
12. Perform all assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner
13. Stock movements per instruction by the superior.
14. Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by the superior

Authorities:

• 1. Access to WMS Order Processing.
• 2. Acceptance and releasing of cargoes.
