POSITION SUMMARY
The Coupa platform Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance and support of the Coupa platform / (and more applications leveraged by the company). The administrator will participate in the Coupa platform implementation and will create and maintain documentation and configuration standards. They will work with vendors, stakeholders, and users to maintain excellent user effectiveness, experience, and success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Be a key player during the implementation of the platform to support its- successful, on-time delivery.
- Participate in all aspects of implementation from mobilization to deployment
- across functions within the company.
- Facilitate process discussions for leading P2P practices.
- Collaborate with services partners during implementation.
- Manage and act as subject matter expert for the platform and participate in the
- Coupa Community to constantly strengthen this expertise.
- Lead collection of feedback from users through surveys, interviews, and regular
- communication efforts.
- Lead internal support effort by Investigating, troubleshooting, and solving system
- issues.
- Manage the platform upgrade (understand and prioritize new release features,
- facilitate process discussion around new features, support the associated UAT
- effort, and deploy the releases in the production instance).
- Manage, maintain, and create the internal documentation for the platform.
- Train the key users of the platform, following a “train the trainer” approach.
- Maintain production stability and data integrity.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent is required
- 3-5 years of related experience and/or experience with Procure to Pay
- process.
- AP experience is desired, but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong people skills to support remote users effectively,
- Strong analytical skills geared towards troubleshooting.
- Able to work in a complex and fast-paced environment.
Computer Skills:
- Previous experience with administering or being a key user of one or more of the following applications is a solid predictor of success: Coupa, Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, Basware, OB10, Salesforce, Workday, Great Plains, ACT, Oracle, SAP, Jira, Zendesk.
- Experience with Software as a Service is a plus, as is any experience with financial accounting, customer management, and Salesforce automation software.
- SQL proficiency
Certificates & Licenses:
- Coupa certification is not required, but encouraged

- English (reading, writing, and verbal)
