We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager in Integration & Consolidation to lead and managing two global teams comprising of team leads, business analysts, and developers. The ideal candidate will be value driven proactive and a strong people manager with a proven track record in logistics and integration.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within logistics and systems integration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT integration, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- A Qualification in computer science, Information Technology, or related and equivalent.
- Strong leadership, people management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritise and solve multiple deliverables concurrently.
- Excellent understanding of integration technologies and methodologies.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
- Familiar with Agile, and DevOps practices.
- Familiar with ITIL and Change Management.
- Full proficiency in spoken and written English.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor two teams of team leads, business analysts, and developers.
- Oversee end-to-end project coordination for migration of legacy integration systems : Plan and estimate timelines and resource allocation.
- Ensure seamless and process driven integration, coordinate with stakeholders and peers.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and development opportunities.
- Report directly to the Director, providing updates on project progress and team performance.
Other Responsibilities:
Stakeholder management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for integration projects.
- Communicate project status, issues, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication between business units and IT teams.
Risk management.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Global IT standards.
Required Skills:
• Experience with data analytics.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Provide guidance and support for integration projects.
• Ensure best practices and standards are followed in integration processes.
