Today, DSV and Schenker move forward as DSV
DSV warmly welcomes all new colleagues and looks forward to a shared future under one united brand, with growth, innovation and customer focus at the heart of everything we do.
DSV, a global leader in transport and logistics, today announces the successful integration of DSV and Schenker in the Netherlands. As of 1 December 2025, both organisations will operate as one team under the DSV brand, creating an even stronger, more innovative and future-ready logistics network. Customers will benefit from a fully integrated portfolio of transport and supply chain solutions.
By joining forces with Schenker, we can offer our customers even more scale, innovation and expertise. Our combined team of experienced specialists is ready to create added value in our customers’ supply chains,
says Barbara Klep, Managing Director, Contract Logistics division.
This milestone follows months of careful preparation and close collaboration, ensuring a smooth transition for employees, customers and partners.
Today marks an important step forward. For road transport, this means combining the best of both worlds and offering an extensive, Europe-wide network. From single pallet shipments to full loads, with a strong focus on reliability and sustainability,
says Patrick van Ulft, Managing Director, Road division.
With this integration, DSV in the Netherlands strengthens its position in air freight, sea freight, road transport and contract logistics. The combined expertise, resources and networks deliver a broader service offering and greater flexibility for customers in diverse industries.
The integration also enables us to further optimise our air and sea freight operations. Customers gain access to a larger network, increased capacity and innovative solutions to strengthen their international supply chains,
adds Juliën de Jong, Managing Director, Air & Sea division.
DSV warmly welcomes all new colleagues and looks forward to a shared future under one united brand, with growth, innovation and customer focus at the heart of everything we do.
For customers, little will change at this stage: existing contracts, contacts and operational processes remain in place. The integration will take place in phases, with clear communication to all stakeholders. The goal is a smooth transition, always ensuring continuity and quality.
