Move forward as a Customer Service Representative at DSV in Tholen

Would you like to work among positive colleagues serving diverse customers, from our location in Tholen! Your customer focus comes into its own within our international working environment. 

You will manage

Organising incoming and outgoing shipments for various customers in our 95,000 m2 warehouse: you will be involved. How do you do this? You are responsible for all administrative and planning activities for our customers, in this role you are an important link between our warehouse and our customer. You ensure that all information concerning a shipment is processed in the system, you monitor its progress and take care of the planning. You achieve this by: 

  • proactively monitoring the overview of shipments and keeping our colleagues and customers informed;
  • planning and preparing our customers' orders; 
  • signalling deviations in orders. 

Your team stands out within DSV because of its international and positive atmosphere. Between work, laughter is certainly important. You work both independently and together. All your 8 colleagues in your team are there for you and each other.

  • affinity with logistics and transport; 
  • good computer skills;
  • command of the Dutch and English languages.
