Move forward as Account Manager at DSV in Moerdijk

Do you want to contribute to the growth of our existing strategic clients at DSV? As an account manager, you’ll use your knowledge of contract logistics, sustainability, and proactive attitude to translate customer inquiries into concrete improvement initiatives for both the client and DSV.

Working as an account manager at DSV means you are responsible for expanding existing client relationships and achieving sustainable growth. You proactively collaborate with customers and internal teams to implement continuous improvements and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. You’re on it.

How do you do this? You initiate and follow up on structural operational and strategic meetings, including QBRs and MBRs. You manage contractual agreements with clients, ensure clear communication, and report progress and results to the site manager. You’re also the one who takes responsibility during escalations and acts swiftly. You create structural improvements and continuously increase customer satisfaction. You achieve this by:

  • initiating and following up on structural operational and strategic meetings;
  • structuring, calculating, and safeguarding additional or different activities of 'your' clients;
  • maintaining and expanding a network of diverse stakeholders within the respective clients.

Your team stands out within DSV by the collaboration with other account managers in the South-West Netherlands region. Together, we make a difference and strengthen customer relationships. You work with a team of driven professionals who support each other and always strive for results.

You bring

  • logistical/business knowledge and experience as an operations Manager, account Manager, or relationship manager;
  • commercial flair, strong communication skills, hands-on attitude, and the ability to use analytical skills when necessary;
  • English is a must, and you’re willing to learn Dutch.
