How do you do this? As a trusted partner for customers and internal stakeholders, you play a key role in the success of our South-West Netherlands region. You collaborate closely with customers to create annual plans, regularly discuss progress through QBRs and MBRs, and manage contractual agreements with precision. Innovation is your priority: you proactively think along and translate customer needs into sustainable solutions. Reporting directly to the site manager, you work closely with a team of account managers.
In your role as account manager, you have the freedom to advise and support customers in your own way, focusing on both short- and long-term results. You achieve this by:
- creating annual plans focused on growth and optimization, acting as a trusted partner for “your” customers during QBRs and MBRs;
- managing contracts, translating customer requests into sustainable solutions, and monitoring exceptional activities;
- building strong relationships with various stakeholders within your customer base.

You bring
- a background in logistics services, preferably within 3PL logistics;
- experience as an account manager, sales manager, relationship manager, or a similar role;
- proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken;
- strong communication skills, enabling you to act at all levels within our organization;
- a commercial drive, entrepreneurial mindset, and natural people skills – networking is in your nature.
