Move forward as Administrative Specialist at DSV in Venlo
Do you see opportunities where others see chaos? Do you have a passion for technology? Then our workshop in Venlo is just the place for you. Behind the scenes, you and your team ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
You get it done
Your work begins where technology and administration meet. At our Venlo workshop, you keep things running smoothly. No two days are the same – and that’s exactly what makes your role so essential. From creating job orders to registering purchases in our systems: you’re on it.
How you do this? By preparing job cards, ensuring accurate invoicing, and finalising bookings neatly – you keep everything in perfect order. You manage stock levels and step in whenever needed. Together with your colleagues, you make sure our trailers hit the road in top condition, all while offering a friendly face to customers and drivers. You achieve this by:
- registering orders and checking invoices;
- ensuring accurate administration of stock levels;
- supporting drivers and answering their questions;
- submitting damage reports and handling claims;
- carrying out minor operational tasks to assist the mechanics.
Your team stands out within DSV because you’ll join a close-knit team of around 12 colleagues. Together, we maintain trailers not only for DSV but also for external clients. Our Venlo workshop is one of five strategic locations across Europe within the DSV Equipment network, which is responsible for managing a European fleet of 9,500 trailers. We are passionate, service-driven, and always on the move.
