This role is special because you truly make a difference for the customer and directly impact the flow of logistics processes. You constantly switch between customers, carriers and colleagues, making every day different: You’re on it.

How you do this? Thanks to the diversity of the 15 different customers you work with, ranging from e-commerce and marketing to industrial clients, the work is dynamic and challenging. You achieve this by:

• actively monitoring and processing requests, orders, returns and tasks in the WMS;
• overseeing data communication and quickly and efficiently resolving timing issues, stock discrepancies and carrier-related matters;
• handling customer requests, complaints and operational queries via the ticketing system;
• liaising and collaborating daily with contract managers, carriers, the warehouse team and other colleagues.

Your team stands out within DSV by people who collaborate effectively with various parties, are eager to share knowledge and work with precision. In the small, close-knit team of 4, you support contract managers and ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently.

You bring

• a mbo- diploma, preferably in an administrative or logistics field, and are ready to put your knowledge into practice;
• accurately and in an organized way, with great attention to detail and strong process awareness;
• good command of Dutch and English, enabling smooth communication with customers and colleagues;
• you thrive on collaborating and liaising between different parties, including customers, carriers, contract managers and the warehouse team.
