Do you want to make a difference in customer focused work within an international logistics environment? In this administrative role, you support our contract managers & key account manager and ensure a flawless handling of customer requests.

How you do this? You ensure all customer requests and administrative tasks are handled accurately and on time. You achieve this by:

• administratively processing incoming shipments, returns, and pre-packaging orders;
• maintaining article management and project documentation;
• coordinating inventory checks, error messages, and freight forwarder-related questions.

Your team stands out within DSV by its direct collaboration with both customers and colleagues. You will be part of a team of three colleagues and support the contract managers. Together, you make sure everything runs smoothly customer-oriented, accurate, and with a smile.

You bring

• a secondary vocational (MBO) diploma, preferably in an administrative or logistics field;
• a good command of both Dutch and English;
• an accurate, customer-focused work attitude and strong planning and organizing skills.
