As a business analyst, you are the analytical force behind our processes, driving the optimisation of existing customer solutions and projects.

How you do this? You play a key role in conducting detailed freight analyses for existing customers, providing valuable insights to the internal operation and offering advice to customers on optimising processes and solutions.

You are also responsible for developing tender data, carefully translating customer needs into concrete proposals and quotes. You will be actively involved in setting up, developing, and implementing large strategic projects within our freight organisation. This means you’re not only responsible for analysis and planning but also contribute to the actual execution and rollout of solutions at the customer site. Through your expertise and proactive approach, you help optimise both internal processes and customer solutions successfully. You achieve this by:

• analysing customer data and developing reports to improve existing processes;
• offering proactive advice to operations based on your analyses;
• developing tenders and quotes, ensuring potential customers receive the best solutions.

You bring

• a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in logistics or business administration;
• experience in a similar role, with a passion for transport and process optimisation;
• analytical skills and experience in building and implementing reports;
• excellent Excel skills and experience with tools like Power BI or (data) analysis tools is a plus.
