How you do this? As a business process manager, you'll manage and guide a team of experienced system and process engineers. Your focus will be on standardising and optimising processes for managing transport flows and TMS. You will analyse existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficient and standardised methods that can be applied locally.
Additionally, you’ll be instrumental in fostering continuous improvement and innovation within the organisation. You will develop and implement advanced applications in Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence. This includes designing and managing comprehensive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making and applying AI technologies to automate and enhance data processes.
In this role, you act as the vital link between departments, translating technical solutions into concrete improvements that contribute to our organisation's strategic goals. You achieve this by:
- identifying improvement opportunities and delivering process optimisations;
- collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic goals;
- standardising and documenting transport processes to ensure an efficient and consistent workflow.
Your team stands out within DSV for its combination of technical expertise and close collaboration with departments such as Transport, Warehousing, and IT. Together, you deliver smart and effective solutions that continuously improve our logistics processes. You report to the Director of Freight and Distribution Management and are part of the Freight Management Team.

You bring
- completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, IT, or a related field;
- at least 3 years of experience in process optimisation and/or project management, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment;
- experience with WMS and/or TMS systems, with a strong understanding of their role in logistics operations, along with knowledge of Power BI and an affinity for AI applications;
- leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team;
- knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a strong plus.
