Working in our Customer Care department means working at the heart of our Road division. Together with your team, you ensure that 3,500 customers can rely on clear communication, reliable follow-up and smart solutions. You make sure our customers navigate our services smoothly, accurately and with confidence, and that is something to be proud of: you’re on it.
How you do this? By guiding customers through our digital solutions, resolving questions quickly and identifying deviations with a sharp eye. Thanks to your efforts, orders and shipments run smoothly and you directly contribute to our service standards. You achieve this by:
- answering and resolving customer questions about shipments, documentation and status updates;
- administratively processing, monitoring and following up on orders and shipments;
- identifying and resolving deviations in cooperation with internal departments and external partners;
- actively contributing to process improvements and digitalisation.
Your team stands out within DSV by its positive atmosphere, strong cooperation and open communication. You work in a team of 12 colleagues and report to 1 team leader. Together, you take responsibility, support each other and ensure that customers can rely on DSV every day. You are never on your own; we do it together.

You bring
- a customer-focused mindset, proactivity and strong problem-solving skills;
- strong communication skills in Dutch and English;
- confidence working with systems and an interest in digitalisation and process optimisation;
- logistics experience or the motivation to quickly familiarise yourself with the world of Road.
