In this role, you are the main point of contact for consumers of customers from DSV and support their sales departments across the Benelux, with expansion into new markets in the future: You’re on it.
How you do this? With a smile in your voice, you always provide the right level of service. Even when customers are less satisfied, you remain calm, friendly, and solution focused. you know that by listening carefully, communicating clearly, and offering the right solution, you can make people happy and that gives you energy. You achieve this by:
- respond to customer inquiries via phone (approx. 25% of your work) and email, providing friendly and solution-focused support;
- process and update orders, carry out administrative tasks in the CRM system, and send financial documents;
- advise consumers on products and personalization (such as logos) and suggest the best solutions for their needs;
- handle complaints and complex enquiries professionally and creatively, from deliveries to invoices, ensuring every customer feels supported.
Your team stands out within DSV by an international and close-knit composition, strong collaboration and flexibility, and a creative approach to challenging customer enquiries. In a team of 9, you work together to deliver the best service and happy customers, with no two days being the same.

You bring
- experience or affinity with customer service and good computer skills;
- excellent command of Dutch; English is a plus;
- a friendly, polite, and service-oriented attitude, even in challenging conversations;
- flexibility to adapt to changes and new processes.
