You ensure maximum customer satisfaction for our clients. You will start at our current location in Tholen. In early 2026, we will move to our new site at Logistics Park Moerdijk the largest contiguous warehouse in the Benelux, covering 240,000 m² and you will contribute to this exciting project: you’re on it.
You are the first point of contact for our customers. They reach out to you with all kinds of questions, and you provide the right information and appropriate advice. You do this by phone, email, and sometimes via social media. You have the freedom to assist customers in your own way, as we do not work with fixed scripts. You achieve this by:
- answering all incoming questions via phone, email, and social media;
- performing administrative tasks such as processing refunds, checking orders, and handling claims.

- affinity with logistics and transport;
- good computer skills;
- fluency in Dutch.
