Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction for our client delivering products across Europe. As a customer service representative, you will start at our current site in Moerdijk. In early 2026, we will begin the move to our new site at Logistiek Park Moerdijk: a 240,000 m² warehouse the largest connected warehouse in the Benelux: You're on it.

How you do this? You handle all administrative and planning activities for incoming and outgoing shipments for our customers. You are a vital link between our warehouse and the customer, ensuring accurate order data, monitoring progress, and planning for our logistics department. You achieve this by:

  • proactively communicating with our customers and colleagues while maintaining oversight;
  • preparing and scheduling incoming and outgoing customer orders;
  • spotting and reporting order discrepancies.

You bring

  • affinity with logistics and transport;
  • solid computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office;
  • proficiency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
