You are the connecting force between customers, carriers and internal departments in our fast-paced 3PL operation. With your proactive mindset and strong sense of overview, shipments run smoothly and customers stay well-informed: you’re on it.
How you do this? You will be responsible for all administrative and planning activities of our retail customers. You manage the flow of communication, monitor order progress and ensure all documentation is in place. You achieve this by:
- proactively monitoring shipment status and keeping customers and colleagues informed;
- preparing and scheduling incoming and outgoing orders;
- handling transport documentation and identifying any discrepancies.

You bring
- mbo-level working and thinking ability (equivalent to intermediate vocational education);
- preferably at least 1 year of proven experience in customer contact, ideally within a logistics or 3PL environment;
- professional level in both Dutch and English is essential.
