The Collection & Distribution department is a fast-paced workplace where all domestic shipments are planned as efficiently as possible. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for organizing and ensuring the smooth execution of transport operations. You are flexible, stress-resistant and hands-on: you are on it: you’re on it. 

How you do this? With your insight into transport and planning, you make sure shipments reach their destination efficiently and on time. You monitor daily operations, identify bottlenecks and actively contribute ideas for process improvements. You achieve this by: 

• Ensuring the correct and timely delivery of shipments, including processing loading and unloading lists and outturn reports;
• Planning shipments into trailers with the highest possible load factor and efficiency;
• Instructing drivers and maintaining contact with internal departments to ensure smooth operations;
• Identifying, investigating and resolving irregularities during loading, unloading and delivery, including proper administrative handling and cost processing.

You bring

• A true passion for logistics and transport. Your experience and enthusiasm count more than a diploma;
• Some experience in transport or service planning;
• A good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written. Knowledge of another foreign language is a plus;

Flexibility to work different shifts. Nights and weekends are excluded.
