Supporting and relieving our internal colleagues with customs issues? That's second nature to you. Together with your team, you ensure accurate and timely customs documentation and certificates for our export and import shipments, with a strong focus on compliance. You’re on it.
How you do this? Every day, you maintain contact with customs authorities, shipping companies, carriers, and customers. You continuously ensure, test, and improve the quality of our processes. Join our team and elevate our service to the next level! You achieve this by:
- checking customs documents before and after and following up on them;
- conducting various checks to ensure quality and compliance with legislation;
- proactively advising and supporting colleagues with customs formalities;
- maintaining contacts with customers, internal departments, and customs authorities.

You bring
- proficiency in both Dutch and English;
- several years of experience in a similar role;
- at least a basic customs declarant certification;
- a certification of no objection (VGB) is required to fill this position.
