Ensuring a smooth flow of our logistics administration and driver handling: you’re on it. 

How you do this? As a driver desk officer, you are a key link between the office and the warehouse. You make sure incoming and outgoing goods are processed correctly and you are the main point of contact at the drivers desk. You achieve this by:

• administratively booking incoming and outgoing goods;
• operating the drivers desk during loading and unloading activities;
• registering and processing transport and customs documents;
• handling order entry for specific customers;
• reparing and processing loading and unloading lists and warehouse overviews;
• registering, identifying and resolving deviations.

Your team stands out within DSV by its fast-paced environment and close cooperation between the office and the warehouse. You will work in a team consisting of 1 team lead and 5 colleagues, operating in shifts, with 2 colleagues per shift responsible for the operation. Will you become our new colleague number 6?

You bring

• affinity with logistics and administrative processes and experience with Microsoft Office;
• good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written;
• stress resistance and the ability to switch quickly and ad hoc in a dynamic environment;
• experience in a similar role and knowledge of AS400, other systems or additional languages is a plus.
