As a driver desk officer, you ensure the correct administrative handling of all inbound and outbound shipments for the warehouse: you’re on it.
How you do this? You are the first point of contact for drivers at the desk, you process deviations accurately and you support colleagues in the warehouse. Thanks to your work, our processes run smoothly and exactly as agreed. You achieve this by:
- administratively processing deviations in incoming and outgoing goods;
- acting as the desk contact for drivers during loading and unloading;
- registering and processing transport and customs documents;
- serving as a point of contact for warehouse colleagues and supporting other departments when needed;
- ensuring a proper and complete onboarding of new warehouse employees.

You bring
- mbo-level working and thinking;
- knowledge of transport and customs documentation;
- strong command of Dutch and English, spoken and written;
- experience with automated systems and strong administrative and numerical skills;
- willingness to work in a 3 shift system.
