Carrying the responsibility for the correct flow of cargo for our hi-tech customers: you're on it. 

How do you do this? You take care of our customer by taking the entire transport process off their hands. You are in daily contact with our customer, in which you look for the right transport solution for your customers' shipments. You achieve this by:

• processing the orders in our systems;
• providing your customers with updates and rates on shipments;
• monitoring shipments and making sure they run smoothly.

Your team stands out within DSV because of your ability to bring out the best in each other. It is a close-knit team that helps each other where necessary! You bring

• relevant experience in an administrative environment;
• command of the Dutch and English languages;
• willingness to work shifted shifts;
• a certification of no objection (VGB) required to fill this position.
