You get it done

On average, our import team handles 100 shipments per person, per month. Easy for you! With several years of experience under your belt, you know all the ins and outs of the trade. A true professional. That is why you are able to support our customers, arrange fast deliveries, and keep a sharp eye on details when finalizing your files. Bam! Another satisfied customer: You’re on it.

How you do this? We trust you to organize your work in your own way. Of course, you bring solid knowledge of Incoterms, strong relationship management skills, and still get energy from hands-on operational work. You handle customer files from A to Z. You, are in the lead. You achieve this by:

• converting customer requests into bookings, arranging ocean import shipments, and closing files in Cargowise;
• checking transport documentation in line with Incoterms and customer agreements;
• instructing our customs department to prepare T1 documents and clearances;
• spotting irregularities during transport, updating customers, and the handling of claims.

You bring

• an energetic and positive attitude, you take initiative and see what needs to be done;
• several years of import or export ocean freight experience, preferably with a freight forwarder;
• preferably experienced with LCL and FCL shipments;
• strong command of both Dutch (B2) and English language skills.
