In a clean, modern and international industrial warehouse environment, you ensure that operators always have the right information, materials and planning available: you’re on it. 

How you do this? As a line coordinator, you are the connecting link between planning, production and quality. You support the operation by preparing work effectively and continuously looking ahead. You achieve this by:

• preparing, checking and completing work orders, including materials, software and documentation;
• coordinating and monitoring daily progress, both qualitatively and quantitatively;
• supporting and informing operators, acting as the first point of contact on the shop floor;
• performing checks on serial numbers, instructions and quality at the end of the process.

Your team stands out within DSV by its informal collaboration, international composition and strong focus on quality and technology. You work closely with operators, planners, a production engineer, quality support and a supervisor within a flat organization where everyone knows and supports each other.

You bring

• at least 2 years of experience within a logistics or industrial production environment, for example in a coordinating or planning-oriented role;
• a good command of the English language, with English as the working language in an international environment;
• strong organisational skills and the ability to continuously switch priorities and maintain overview in a dynamic operation;
• strong communication skills and a proactive attitude, as colleagues approach you throughout the day with questions and coordination needs;
• experience with MS Office and preferably ERP systems, combining administrative tasks with an active presence on the shop floor.
