Our customers in the oil and gas industry depend on the fast delivery of goods. For example, an oil rig must remain operational 24/7. Delivering time-critical goods is one of DSV’s key strengths. This is where we excel, going above and beyond to ensure fast delivery: You’re on it.

How you do this? How do you do this? Our customer informs you which goods have been ordered from the supplier. You contact the supplier and ensure the order is received on time at our warehouse. Your colleagues in the warehouse then inspect the order, register the goods, and, if necessary, repack them for further delivery to our customer within the EU. In your role, you coordinate with the warehouse and support our customer. Together, you ensure a fast and efficient order process. You achieve this by:

  • staying in close contact with your colleagues in the warehouse and our key accounts (for example about documentation, damages, missing items, or delayed and incomplete deliveries);
  • processing incoming customer orders in our wms;
  • supporting further transport of the order and gathering the correct transport documentation;
  • handling claims and resolving issues in the order process;
  • monitoring deliveries and keeping our customer relations updated about ongoing shipments.

You bring

  • you enjoy working together with colleagues and have a can do attitude;
  • at least 2 years of work experience in customer service within a logistics environment;
  • a good command of Dutch and English.
