Move forward as Administrative Officer Logistics at DSV in Dordrecht

Taking a gap year, kids all grown up, retired, or just looking for something meaningful to do? We are looking for administrative stars to temporarily join our team! Together with 3 colleagues, you get our digital data ready for the new transport system. This is a 6-month role based in Dordrecht (moving to Moerdijk from March). And yes, you can start right away. You get it done

Transfer our shipments from the old system to our new Transport Management System and turn every file into a complete success! You are a pro at data entry. Luckily, all the data is available in our old system, so it’s easy for you. Complete files and an accurate system are our foundation: You’re on it.

How you do this? You check data such as contact details, customer numbers, and services, filling in any gaps as needed. Orders keep coming in all day, so there is never a dull moment. With a digital overview, you know exactly what needs to be done, and with a simple step-by-step plan, it gets done in no time. You achieve this by:

• checking files in CargoLink to see which data is missing and needs to be completed;
• finding the missing data and update the relevant files digitally;
• transfer files from CargoLink to CIEL.

You bring

• a positive and energetic attitude;
• you are a self-starter who can work well independently;
• no experience needed, we will teach you everything;
• good Dutch speaking and writing skills (B1) and able to start quickly.
