You get it done

Our warehouse in Tholen spans 94,000 m² and is always buzzing with activity. Goods arrive and leave again for destinations all over the world. Your team consists of 5 to 10 employees, and together you manage the inbound or outbound processes for one or more customers. You focus on results but understand that strong teamwork is the key to success. With your coaching style, you help your team achieve their goals and contribute to a successful and efficient operation: You’re on it.

How you do this? With your energy and initiative, you motivate people and quickly spot opportunities to improve processes. Customer service can always rely on you, and when the warehouse manager is absent, you step in to keep things running smoothly. You achieve this by:

• actively contribute input to projects aimed at improving processes and procedures;
• coaching and training of your team members in a supportive, hands-on way;
• ensuring compliance with company and safety regulations;
• leading daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly;
• currently working in day shifts (morning), with the possibility of shift work in the future depending on business needs and in consultation with you.

You bring

• experience in leading a team in a warehouse environment;
• willingness to work in day shifts or a two-shift schedule;
• strong command of English, both spoken and written.
