On our projects team, you will handle all air freight shipments that are a bit different from standard general cargo. For example, time sensitive express shipments, military goods or unique and heavy transport. No matter what needs to be transported, you will organize the best and most cost-effective transport solution for our clients. This applies to both import and export air freight assignments: You're on it.

How you do this? With your already established experience in special cargo air freight shipments, you are uniquely equipped to manage these transports smoothly. You thrive when it comes to handling unique air freight shipments, these challenges energize you! Together with your seven teammates, you ensure that our clients receive the best possible service. You achieve this by:

• processing orders in CargoWise and converting these into import or export shipments;
• quoting, organizing and booking transport with carriers, airlines and shipping companies;
• monitoring booked shipments to ensure a smooth transportation process;
• updating our clients on current shipments via phone and email;
• monitoring client agreements and key performance indicators (KPIs), periodically informing clients about the results achieved.

You bring

• a minimum of 2 years of work experience as a freight forwarder focused on special cargo air freight;
• vocational (MBO) working and thinking level, however we prioritize motivation and an ambitious work attitude over formal education;
• a good command of the Dutch (B1) and English language, both written and spoken.
