In a dynamic, international organisation where no two days are the same, you’ll get a real insight into the world of logistics: you’re on it. 

How you do this? During the traineeship, which lasts two to a maximum of three years, you’ll have the unique opportunity to get to know DSV inside and out. You’ll contribute to a variety of strategic projects within different core departments of our organisation, including operations, commercial teams, engineering, and strategic management. By rotating through different departments, you’ll develop a broad perspective on the logistics chain and discover where your strengths and ambitions are best realised. Each project offers you the opportunity to add value, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions. In doing so, you’ll lay a solid foundation for a leadership role within our international organisation. You achieve this by:

• carrying out challenging assignments that contribute to DSV’s development;
• initiating and implementing your own ideas and projects;
• working with – and learning from – experienced (senior) managers who are committed to your growth.

Your team stands out within DSV by close collaboration across departments and a shared focus on growth and development. You’ll start alongside five other trainees, creating an energetic and enriching group dynamic where you’ll support and challenge each other. You bring

• a recently completed HBO or university degree, and strong motivation to work in logistics;
• an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, with the drive to spot opportunities, take initiative, and continually grow;
• strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with and inspire colleagues at all levels with your ideas;
• fluency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
