Every day in our 94,000 m² warehouse in Tholen, goods arrive and are set off to destinations all over the world. As an operations planner, you are at the heart of our outbound operations, planning, picking, packing, and shipping. Together with up to 20 colleagues, you manage the outbound flows for one key account. You, team warehouse and our customer service = a dream team that keeps orders moving smoothly and on time. How you do this? You turn customer orders into a smart outbound plan and stay cool when changes or challenges pop up. Together with your colleagues, you solve problems and jump in to help in the warehouse when needed. This keeps our logistics running smoothly and teamwork firing on all cylinders. You achieve this by:

• turning customer orders into a clear, achievable plan;
• checking in daily with the warehouse team leader and customer service team so everyone knows what is happening and can respond to challenges;
• keeping an overview, solving disruptions immediately, and making logical, smart adjustments to the plan;
• monitoring progress and stepping in when needed, always in collaboration with colleagues;
• helping out in the warehouse when the team needs you and keeping administrative tasks spot on.

You bring

• experience in a similar role, such as troubleshooter, logistics planner, or supply chain planner;
• an energetic and flexible work attitude, jump in to support operations and cover for team leads when needed;
• knowledge of WMS, experience with Cargowrite is a plus;
• strong skills in prioritizing, organizing, and collaborating;
• fluently English, patient, and able to stay calm under pressure, even during peak periods.
