Are you someone who gets energy from keeping projects on track, collaborating with different teams, and seeing results you can truly be proud of? Would you like to contribute to smart solutions that make our global logistics network even better? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you at DSV!
You get it done
Working in our MHE services department is special because, from the first project planning stage to the final delivery, you directly contribute to the success of every MHE project: you’re on it.
How you do this? Working in our MHE Services department means being involved in every project from the very first idea to full implementation. As a project specialist MHE services, you play a central role in everything related to material handling equipment, such as forklifts, reach trucks order pickers etc. You work closely with on-site teams to understand their needs, translate these into practical and clear plans, and collaborate with internal colleagues and suppliers to find the best solutions. In doing so, you focus not only on quality and cost but also on building reliable, long-term relationships.
During project execution, you maintain an overview of the entire process: monitoring planning, delivery, and installation, and ensuring contracts and invoices are handled correctly. You identify potential problems before they arise and keep all stakeholders, both internal and external, continuously informed. Thanks to your structured and proactive approach, multiple projects run smoothly at the same time, and your work ensures operational processes are more efficient and effective, creating a direct and lasting impact on daily operations. You achieve this by:
- leading the entire project lifecycle from initiation to delivery;
- building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers;
- ensuring compliance with contracts, schedules, and quality standards.
Your team stands out within DSV because you work closely with both internal departments and external suppliers, with every step of a project, from planning to delivery, being carefully coordinated. Precision, timing, and clear communication are essential, and thanks to this collaboration, the team consistently delivers successful projects that directly contribute to the efficiency and quality of operations.
