Are you an experienced customer service professional with an eye for both people and processes? Then this is the challenge you’ve been looking for. In this role, you’ll be the key link between our customers, colleagues, and operations. You keep oversight, step in when needed, and ensure everything runs smoothly from first contact to final delivery.

You manage the workflow within your team and handle escalations. You closely monitor KPIs and ensure clear communication between the supervisor and your team. In the role of senior customer service representative, you will start at our current site in Moerdijk. In early 2026, we’ll begin the move to our new site at Logistiek Park Moerdijk a 240,000 m² warehouse, the largest continuous warehouse in the Benelux. You’re on it.
How you do this? You monitor daily KPIs, handle recaps, and prepare weekly and monthly reports. This dynamic role requires flexibility and the ability to act quickly when the unexpected occurs. You achieve this by:
- carrying out a monthly invoice check together with your supervisor;
- leading OBRs and MBRs when your supervisor is absent;
- taking a leadership role as the link between the customer service supervisor and your team of 15 colleagues;
- continuously working on process improvements to increase efficiency.

You bring
- passion for customer service and the ability to inspire others with it;
- several years of experience in a customer service-related role;
- excellent command of the English language;
- knowledge of warehouse processes such as inbound, outbound and value-added logistics;
- solid MS Office skills and experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS);
- leadership skills: you know how to prioritise, assess risks and communicate clearly.
