You get it done

You work on strategic projects where logistics processes are renewed and automated. You play a key role in successfully delivering these complex projects: you’re on it.

How you do this? You ensure the smooth and successful delivery of large and complex projects within our contract logistics division, across all our locations in the Netherlands. You achieve this by:

• leading multidisciplinary teams of 7 to 20 professionals, managing timelines of 9 to 24 months and budgets of €10–20 million;
• driving automation and logistical efficiency at both new build and existing sites through structured project execution;
• maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, advising senior leadership, managing risks and ensuring contractual and business case alignment.

Your team stands out within DSV by combining deep knowledge, practical experience, and the drive to make complex projects succeed. You’ll work with dedicated colleagues from diverse disciplines engineers, operations, and more collaborating closely on logistics solutions for both new and existing sites.

You bring

• a passion for project management, a hands-on mentality, and a good sense of humor;
• at least 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in logistics;
• experience with managing complex warehouse automation projects;
  • strong knowledge of project management methodologies like Prince2 or PMBOK, and tools like MS Project and MS Teams;
• excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
