As a senior project manager, you are responsible for leading large, strategic, and often complex projects that shape the future of logistics. You’re on it. 

How you do this? You ensure these projects are successfully executed by managing various internal and external stakeholders and delivering everything within the agreed time and budget. You achieve this by:

• leading multidisciplinary project teams, bringing together various areas of expertise to achieve project success;
• coordinating complex automation projects and effectively managing the associated processes. And maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth project execution;
• monitoring project progress and making timely adjustments to keep everything on track;
• actively managing change through clear and open communication with all stakeholders, from the shop floor to the boardroom.

You bring

• at least 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a logistics environment;
• strong experience in managing complex automation projects and knowledge of project management methodologies such as Prince 2 or PMBOK;
• experience with project management tools like MS Project and MS Teams;
• excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
