Move forward as Supervisor Customer Service at DSV in s-Heerenberg

You will be responsible for the operational management of our customer service team. This means actively adapting in a dynamic and varied environment, where your contribution directly supports a smoothly running team and outstanding service. How you do this? In this role, you will directly manage two Team Leaders, conduct development and performance reviews, and ensure your team (Outbound, Inbound, and Returns, approximately 34 FTE) performs at its best. You will act as the tactical point of contact for multiple clients, prepare and deliver MBRs, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and act where needed. You achieve this by:

  • leading and developing your team, including coaching and team meetings;
  • coordinating and allocating tasks to ensure an efficient daily operation;
  • monitoring KPI's and SLA's and taking action to improve performance;
  • holding tactical and operational meetings with clients and contributing to improvement projects;

You bring

  • strong leadership skills and experience in a customer service environment;
  • ability to effectively manage both the team and client relationships;
  • analytical skills to monitor and improve KPI’s and SLA’s;
  • excellent communication skills, both internally and towards clients;
