Together with a fellow team lead, you make sure productivity in our warehouse stays high, our warehouse staff is motivated, and our customers can count on accurate order processing. With your knowledge of logistics flows, this is second nature to you. Satisfied customers and smiling colleagues, and the best part? You’re on it.
How you do this? You are responsible for both the inbound and outbound processes for our customer. From processing incoming goods, to steering the pick-and-pack process, ensuring on-time shipments, and handling staffing matters. You have got it covered. With your insight, winning mentality, and results-driven focus, you make sure targets are met, staffing is on point, and orders are send complete and damage-free. You achieve this by:
- distributing operational tasks during the daily blue box meeting;
- updating our customer service team on the previous day’s events and the day’s planned activities;
- monitoring productivity across the entire logistics process, identifying and resolving issues quickly;
- contributing to projects aimed at continuously improving our logistics processes and working methods;
- actively tracking KPIs and ensuring they are met;
- working in our WMS system CargoWRITE, along with handling HR-related tasks.

You bring
- an energetic work attitude and a fresh perspective, you are not afraid to address challenges head-on and are driven by results;
- at least 2 years of experience as a warehouse team leader, with a strong sense of responsibility;
- strong command of English, and preferably Dutch at B2 level;
- tactic social skills and inspiration, you can manage teams towards targets and have a positive mindset.
