As a troubleshooter, you are responsible for identifying and analyzing a range of issues. We highly value your creativity when it comes to devising effective solutions. Thanks to your commitment, our processes run smoothly, and you contribute to the success of our team. You’re on it.
How you do this? Your role is to detect, investigate and resolve daily operational problems in the warehouse. These issues may stem from human error or system malfunctions. You identify the root, resolve the issue, and work to prevent similar problems in the future. You achieve this by:
- thoroughly analyzing reported operational problems and setting priorities, coordinating with your supervisor;
- improving operational processes by proposing and implementing optimizations in collaboration with other departments;
- support urgent disruptions by also answering questions from colleagues and customers.

You bring
- experience with Excel, Microsoft Office, and warehouse management systems;
- knowledge of Cargowrite is an advantage;
- good command of spoken and written English;
- experience with a logistics provider or in a similar role;
- willingness to work in dayshift, with occasional two-shift work during peak-seasons.
