How you do this? As warehouse manager you are a crucial link in our operation. You lead team leaders and supervisors, ensure smooth processes and safeguard quality, safety and productivity. You are a visible leader on the floor, a coach for your people and a partner for internal stakeholders. You achieve this by: 

• monitoring and overseeing daily operations and coordinating with internal departments;
• analysing, identifying and implementing process improvements; 
• reporting results based on predefined KPIs and targets; 
• managing, coaching and developing your team.

You bring

• higher professional education level preferably in logistics; 
• at least 3 years of leadership experience in a 3PL logistics environment; 
• the ability to drive change, improve processes and work with Lean or Continuous Improvement, which is an advantage; 
• strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain oversight in a dynamic operation; 
• communication skills at all levels and at least strong command of English, both spoken and written.
