Are you a real people manager with experience in logistics? As a warehouse supervisor at DSV, you’ll lead the outbound process for our fashion clients. Working in a 2-shift operation, you ensure every order leaves on time and in perfect condition.

Responsible for the daily operational management of our warehouse team. With your energy, leadership and clear overview, you know how to motivate and guide your team every single day: you’re on it. 

How you do this? As a warehouse supervisor, you coordinate and lead your team, keeping a constant focus on quality. You switch effectively between departments and customers, monitor daily planning, track performance and translate results into clear KPI reports. You spot any deviations early and act quickly with the right solutions. Managing a team of around 25–30 employees. You achieve this by:

• conducting performance and development reviews, managing absence and leading team meetings;
• monitoring quality, productivity and safe execution of processes based on daily and weekly plans;
• contributing to improvement projects with engineering, project management and IT – developing and optimising them further, and celebrating success together with your team.

You bring

• proven experience in logistics and a leadership role, with the ability to inspire and develop your team;
• good command of English and experience with (or the ability to quickly learn) warehouse management systems;
• flexibility, resilience and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment, spending around 50% of your time on the shop floor;
• experience leading diverse international teams and creating a positive, efficient workplace.
