You get it done

You make logistics flow seamlessly for our customers. From receiving and shipping goods, replenishing, picking, and packing, to handling returns and contributing to logistics projects. You are hands-on and involved in every step of the process. Your drive, our success: You’re on it.

How you do this? You monitor planning, operations, goals, and KPIs, analyze data, and turn insights into improvements. You generate management information and maintain close contact with the warehouse manager. During their absence, you act as a reliable point of support. With your leadership, you guide a team of approximately 3 to 5 employees and collaborate with team leaders, troubleshooters, and temporary staff. Teamwork is key. Together you strive for excellence and you ensure that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You achieve this by:

• conducting performance and development reviews, and contributing to talent growth within your team;
• overseeing the execution of logistics processes according to daily and weekly schedules;
• actively participating in logistics improvement projects in collaboration with engineering, project management, and IT.

You bring

• at least 3 years of experience in a similar role or as a team lead;
• a strong command of the English language;
• knowledge of WMS, management information, KPIs, and reporting.
