Responsible for the operational management of the logistics team. As a warehouse supervisor, you will start at our current site in Moerdijk. In early 2026, we will begin moving to our new site at Logistiek Park Moerdijk a 240,000 m² warehouse and the largest contiguous warehouse in the Benelux. You will be part of this transition: you’re on it.
How you do this? As a warehouse supervisor, you ensure that everything on the floor runs smoothly. You thrive on streamlining processes and continuously improving operations. For a major client in the music industry, you coordinate the team, monitor progress, and ensure smooth cooperation with carriers and the customer. You achieve this by:
- leading, inspiring, and motivating a team of 10 to 30 colleagues;
- coaching, training, and managing your team members;
- achieving set KPIs and periodically discussing them with your team;
- actively contributing ideas to make processes smarter and more efficient;
- monitoring performance, progress, and quality within your department.

You bring
- MBO level of working and thinking;
- at least 3 years of experience in a logistics warehouse environment as a team lead;
- willingness to work in a 2-shift system;
- fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
