On this department, everything revolves around speed, quality and flawless order processing. You work in a largely automated environment that will receive a major upgrade in 2026. With your knowledge of picking, packing and value-added services, you know exactly how to get the best out of both people and processes: you’re on it. 

How you do this? As Warehouse Team Leader, you are the link between the warehouse supervisor and the team on the floor. You oversee the bigger picture, identify bottlenecks and adjust immediately where needed. With your people skills, energy and eye for quality, you ensure that workflow, performance and team dynamics align every single day. You achieve this by:

• distributing daily tasks within picking, packing and VAS, and acting as the first point of contact for your team; 
• identifying disruptions in the process in a timely manner and resolving them proactively; 
• contributing to improvement projects, especially in preparation for the warehouse upgrade in 2026; 
• monitoring and steering KPIs such as productivity, quality and lead times; 
• coaching, motivating and developing your team so everyone grows along with DSV’s ambitions.

You bring

• experience in picking, packing and/or VAS process coordination;
• passion for logistics and the energy to inspire others;
• a curious, proactive mindset: you want to get better every day;
• strong communication skills and a natural people manager;
• good command of the English language (spoken and written).
